Before & After Care

The Catalyst Kids Before & After School program provides a safe, engaging, and enriching environment where children can extend their learning, build friendships, and explore new interests. Located on elementary school campuses, our programs foster positive relationships and support children’s academic and social development. With structured activities and ample opportunities for self-directed exploration, students receive homework assistance, participate in creative projects, and engage in hands-on learning beyond the classroom. Each center is uniquely designed to meet the needs of the children, families, and school communities it serves. Our daily schedule includes a community-building meeting, academic enrichment, nutritious meals served family-style, and 30 Fit, ensuring at least 30 minutes of physical activity for a healthy lifestyle. Children explore their interests through long-term clubs, enjoy open recreation, and participate in both indoor and outdoor play spaces tailored to different age groups. Our dedicated staff, trained in child development, CPR, and first aid, create a nurturing atmosphere where kids feel supported and empowered. Additionally, we offer specialized TK and Kindergarten enrichment programs to meet the unique needs of our youngest learners, ensuring a seamless transition between school and extended care.

Tutoring & Mentoring Programs

Some subjects don’t come easily and can become a barrier to moving forward — academically and emotionally. That’s why we offer tutoring across all required subject areas and for many electives as well. At Fusion, our teachers are our tutors. They are trained in personalized, one-to-one education and are subject matter experts. In the one-to-one setting, they also act as mentors to their students. NOTE: This tuition rate includes 5 tutoring sessions.

Math Program (3-5)

The Kumon Math Program will start developing your child’s very first math skills, including counting, writing numbers, mental calculations and even addition and subtraction.

Reading Program (3-5)

The Kumon Reading Program starts your pre-readers off with fun “look, listen and repeat” worksheets. Colorful illustrations help connect words to familiar objects, to start putting words together. Your child will progress to identify nouns, verbs and adjectives, and use them within sentences.
