Preschool Program

Summer Preschool

Preschoolers can choose to attend Acorn Academy year-round. During the summer, families can schedule care by the day, week, or month - offering flexibility for families and price points that families can afford. Children love playing with their friends and keep learning all summer long!

Acorn Academy Preschool

We offer full-time and part-time classes. We call ourselves "your neighborhood Christian preschool" because we have a warm community feel, age-appropriate Biblical teaching, and play-based academics that will help your child love school and be well-prepared for kindergarten.

At CACCC, our Infant classroom offers a nurturing, developmentally enriching environment where infants grow and thrive. Our skilled, caring teachers engage infants with age-appropriate activities and warm, meaningful interactions during diaper changes, feedings, and playtime. Daily routines include outdoor walks, sensory activities, and plenty of cuddle time, fostering both physical and emotional development. Teachers track each child's growth in personalized assessment portfolios, sharing updates at Parent/Teacher conferences. Parents receive daily reports on feedings, naps, and activities and are encouraged to visit. With individual cribs and family photos, we ensure every infant feels at home, building a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Toddlers

At CACCC, we believe learning starts with curiosity and imagination, and our toddler program is designed to nurture this. Our classrooms are set up with engaging, hands-on activities that encourage children to explore their environment and build skills in math, science, and language—all within a Spanish immersion setting. Teachers emphasize verbal and nonverbal communication, even introducing sign language, and guide social development through positive behaviors like turn-taking and listening. Toilet training is a coordinated effort with parents, ensuring a smooth transition between home and school. Physical development is a priority, too: toddlers enjoy daily indoor and outdoor gross motor activities such as running, balancing, and climbing. They also participate in enriching activities like art, music, yoga, and meditation. Teachers frequently use our certified outdoor classroom for lessons, and seasonal activities bring added excitement. We track each child’s progress through daily communication sheets and assessment portfolios, keeping parents informed and connected to their child’s growth, with regular updates provided at Parent/Teacher conferences.
