What we love most about CDA is the confidence and assurance we have in the investment we've made in our children. Most importantly, we're assured that all of this is creating a strong foundation for their future, giving them the support, skills, and confidence to come out ahead and successfully take the next step in their educational journey.

This fall marks the (bittersweet) end to my daughter's enrollment at Children's Discovery Academy, Vadnais Heights. She has been cared for at CDA since she was 3 months old. I can't express how grateful I am for their exceptional care over the last 5 years. The care, attention, and education that is provided to the children at this school is truly exceptional. The staff that work here always greet us with a smile and get to know our children so well. Not only do they provide daily routines for learning, but they also add fun activities as well. They learn sign language, spanish, and create cute keepsakes for parents on holidays. I can literally see before my eyes my children improving their writing and drawing skills which is incredible (they are 3 and 5!) The summer activities roadshow includes visits from storytellers, ice cream truck/bike parade in the parking lot, bounce house, Magic Bob! and field trips for Pre-K. My kids play soccer there and have attended music class. They go above and beyond for the kids, and it shows. My kids love school and sometimes they don't want to leave and just want to read the books in the front lobby. This is a good problem to have! Both of my daughters demonstrated high scores on their early childhood screening. This is a testament to the education and development that is provided by these teachers. I truly attribute my child's success to the people at this school who care for them every day! If you are contemplating this place versus another, from a mother and RN I cannot recommend this school enough. Thankfully, we are not done with CDA yet as my other daughter will be in their care until kindergarten! Thank you for everything CDA!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Children’s Discovery Academy over the years—having all three of our children go through the program has truly meant so much to our family. From the very beginning, we felt a sense of warmth and genuine care the moment we walked in. It never felt like “just a daycare,” but a place where each child is truly seen, valued, and supported. One of the things we appreciate most is how the teachers meet each child exactly where they are. With three different kids and three different personalities, we’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful and individualized their approach is. Each of our children has been encouraged, supported, and helped to grow in their own unique way. The education they provide goes far beyond academics. Our kids have built confidence, friendships, and a love of learning that we know will stay with them. It’s been so special to watch each of them thrive in their own way. The teachers and staff are truly incredible—kind, patient, and deeply invested in the children. You can feel how much they care, and that gives us so much peace of mind every single day. We are so grateful to be part of the Children’s Discovery Academy community and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family. It’s been such a positive and meaningful experience for all of us.

I appreciate the secure check-in/check-out procedures. Before starting children's discovery my son was behind on knowing his colors, spelling his name and knowing his shapes, but within 2 months of starting he can spell his name and say the letters with zero help, he knows every single color even Turquoise, and he can name all shapes. I also love how much the teachers Genuinely care about each child.

What was your first impression of Children's Discovery Academy? It was secure, organized and you could see children's artwork everywhere. Very welcoming. How did you make the decision to enroll your child in the program at Children's Discovery Academy? We visited a few other places and NONE compared to CDA. Landon is our only child and i needed to feel safe and comfortable where he is during the day and children's discovery made me feel that. How do you feel about the education your child is receiving at Children's Discovery Academy? My son comes home so excited to share what he learns and it blows my mind how much he learns and remembers. The teachers from infant to prek have been the best and they really care about their kids and make them feel special. I have recommended and will continue to recommend CDA. My husband and I (and our son) couldn't be happier. Thanks CDA!!!!

We came from a different facility after facing challenges and our experience at Children’s Discovery has been so much better! The communication is great! Our son loves going there and is always excited to share what he learned about. They always offer a fun mix of activities to keep your child engaged and excited about learning! It’s such a nurturing environment that sets up our little guy for what’s ahead in Kindergarten.
