Montessori Preschool Program

Preschool 1

We currently offer two preschool classes. One is designed for children ages 2.5 to 3.5 years, where they are introduced to uppercase letters, build their understanding of numbers 1-10, and work on mastering shapes and colors.

Preschool 2

Our second preschool class is for children ages 3.5 to 4 years old. In this classroom, they continue developing their letter skills by introducing lowercase letters and their sounds. They also enhance their number recognition and practice counting objects that correspond to a given number.

Preschool Pathways

Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance.

In our Preschool classroom, children start their journeys into a cooperative learning environment where they can discover interests and learn in a more structured setting. Bridge Classroom

Children in the Bridge classroom are strengthening their self-care skills, growing in their independence and enhancing the skills they need to be successful in a preschool classroom. The Bridge classroom is a purposeful year of preschool prep designed for children with birthdays later in the year or children who may need more time to strengthen self-care skills or social-emotional development. In this classroom, our Wonder of Learning™ education program supports children's independence as they continue to build skills necessary for handwriting and drawing with increased intentionality, learn foundational math concepts and build strong vocabularies.

Our literacy-rich environment prepares your child for their first day of school. Classrooms are divided into learning centers, encouraging your child to learn new skills through self-selected, hands-on activities.

Kindergarten Prep Academy: Pre-K

Focused on preparing your children to begin Kindergarten the next year, our Pre-K classrooms focus on math, literacy, science and communication skills. Our teachers assess each child's development throughout the year, to help guide planning, teaching, and partnerships with parents.
