Today we're excited to announce that Winnie has been named to Inc. magazine's annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2022. To be considered for this award, Winnie employees were asked to participate in a comprehensive survey about the company’s benefits and workplace culture. The responses were then analyzed and scored. For the second year in a row, we were selected as a winner.

This year at Winnie, our focus has expanded beyond our own company. We’ve been on a mission to help make the childcare industry a more desirable industry for employees to work in. Currently the child care industry is facing an unprecedented shortage of early educators. Our solutions for child care providers on Winnie now include ways to help providers recruit top talent for their centers. Winnie not only helps child care providers find and hire talent, but also grow their businesses so they can afford to pay our early educators more.
