Toddler Preschool

Ivybrook Academy’s Toddler Preschool program is designed for the youngest citizens of our school community. This half-day program provides the perfect combination of play, learning opportunities, and flexibility, and we specialize in channeling their desire for exploration into activities that help them learn and grow. In our infant care we will achieve to make them have the best day away from home. our teachers will work with them get them comfortable with reaching for toys, identifying what is around them and growing their tiny minds!

Toddler readiness

In our toddler care we will work with your toddler to help them succeed, we will help with their fine motor skills, potty training and activities that get their little minds going. we will help them understand themselves and the world around them while having a fun filled day!

Your baby is off on new adventures and we will be there to help him or her grow every step of the way. Each day, time is set aside for age-appropriate physical activity such as tummy time, sitting up, crawling, and eventually standing and walking. When your child is ready to transition out of diapers, our experienced staff will guide and support this important milestone, ensuring a seamless process. At this stage, children begin to interact more with their peers and the world around them. In these rooms we introduce circle time and learning activities where we encourage children to sing along to songs, interact with different art mediums, and learn their first words! In these classrooms, children will be encouraged to express their independence by washing their own hands, feeding themselves, using utensils, and choosing their own activities during center time. Toddlers have the opportunity to explore new and exciting concepts through sensory activities, creative arts, games, and various group activities. The toddler rooms explore in multiple settings throughout the day including their classrooms, multipurpose room, and outdoor play areas.
