Bilingual Childcare Teacher – Infants & Toddlers

Job Description

Precious Blessings Early Learning Program is seeking two part-time Bilingual Childcare Teachers to join our team in Washington, DC. We are looking for dependable, caring educators who enjoy working with infants and toddlers and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers.
• Plan and participate in developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, diapering, toileting, naps, and transitions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized childcare environment.
• Observe and document children's development and daily experiences.
• Communicate respectfully with families and other team members.
• Follow program policies, health and safety procedures, and licensing requirements.

• CDA credential or currently working toward a CDA.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Previous experience working with infants and/or toddlers.
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and caring.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
