Noah’s Ark Quality Academy is a family-centered early learning academy located in View Park-Windsor Hills, Los Angeles. We provide a nurturing, structured, and engaging environment where children develop academically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and creatively.

Our program incorporates early childhood education, STEAM learning, literacy, etiquette, leadership development, creative arts, music, movement, and hands-on learning experiences.

We are seeking a dependable, caring, energetic Childcare Assistant who genuinely loves children and is committed to helping them learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in daily activities
• Assist with lesson plans and curriculum implementation
• Support children with learning, play, and social development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Assist with meal and snack service
• Support nap time and daily routines
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and enrichment activities
• Participate in outdoor play and physical activities
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations

• Must genuinely enjoy working with children
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Positive and nurturing personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to complete required childcare clearances and training

• Previous childcare, preschool, nanny, teaching, or caregiving experience
• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Early Childhood Education coursework
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
