📍 Hampton & Newport News
We are seeking an experienced and driven Center Director to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality care and compliance in our childcare center.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily center operations and staff performance
Maintain enrollment, retention, and family relationships
Ensure compliance with Virginia licensing and safety standards
Manage schedules, ratios, and classroom quality
Monitor attendance, billing, and agency payments (subsidy, CACFP, etc.)
Support curriculum implementation and staff development
Qualifications
Director qualification required (per Virginia licensing)
2+ years childcare management experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Experience with enrollment growth and team management
