Job Description
To lead marketing and enrollment efforts to maintain and grow enrollment, support family engagement, and ensure a positive first impression of the school. Additionally, assists with classroom support and building operations as needed to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Enrollment (Primary Role)
· Develop and implement marketing strategies (digital, print, community outreach).
· Manage the school’s website, social media, and online presence.
· Conduct tours for prospective families, respond to inquiries, and guide families through the enrollment process.
· Maintain waitlists and enrollment tracking systems.
· Create promotional materials, newsletters, and parent communications.
· Track enrollment goals and report status to the Director/AD and Owner.
· Organize and participate in open houses, parent events, and community fairs.
Family & Community Relations
· Build strong relationships with families to encourage referrals and retention.
· Ensure timely and professional communication with prospective and current families.
· Support family engagement initiatives and events.
Operational Support
· Open and/or close the building according to center procedures.
· Ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed during opening/closing.
· Assist in classrooms as needed to maintain ratio, provide breaks, or support teachers.
· Communicate classroom needs or concerns to the Director/AD and Education Coach.
Administrative & Reporting
· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, enrollments, and withdrawals.
· Prepare weekly/monthly enrollment and marketing reports for Director/AD and Owner.
· Assist with scheduling, newsletters, and internal communications when needed.
· Ensure compliance with licensing and company policies in assigned duties.
· Collaborate with the Education Coach regarding curriculum updates, teacher support, and classroom quality observations.
