Responsibilities

Childcare & Teaching

• Supervise and engage infants and toddlers in a safe, nurturing environment
• Support daily routines, including diaper changes, toileting, naps, and transitions
• Lead age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, music, sensory play, and outdoor play
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere

• Prepare and serve healthy meals and snacks
• Clean and sanitize toys, classrooms, eating areas, and childcare equipment
• Assist with organizing supplies and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements

• Greet families warmly during drop-off and pick-up
• Share daily updates regarding children’s activities, meals, naps, and milestones
• Support enrollment tours and prospective family inquiries
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with families

• Take photos and videos of classroom activities (following center policies)
• Assist with creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Google Business, and other platforms
• Help showcase the program’s activities, learning experiences, and childcare philosophy
• Support community outreach and enrollment marketing efforts

• Assist the Director with scheduling, paperwork, enrollment records, and program organization
• Support special events, parent communications, and program planning
