Job Description
Preschool Lead– Ages 3–5 (Full time)
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Location: Little Lotus Preschool
Schedule: Monday–Friday
*About the Role*
Little Lotus Preschool is seeking a calm, confident, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to support our 3–5 year old classroom. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys meaningful connections, smooth transitions, and maintaining a peaceful, well-structured environment.
*Responsibilities*
Supervise and engage children ages 3–5 during daily activities
Support smooth transitions (clean-up, snack, quiet play, nap, lunch, pickup)
Maintain classroom ratios and follow Texas Minimum Standards
Use positive guidance and age-appropriate redirection
Keep the classroom calm, organized, and inviting
Communicate warmly with families during drop-off and pickup
Assist with light end-of-day classroom reset and cleaning
Work collaboratively with the other teachers, director and owners.
