Lead Teacher (Mandarin Immersion)

Job Description

Dolphin Stars Childcare is seeking a Lead Chinese Teacher. Some one who is proficient in Mandarin Language in Classroom setting.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Mandarin Language in Classroom setting
A minimum of 12-24 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from an accredited institution and/or hold a valid California Teacher Permit.
CPR/First Aid, CA Health & Safety, and Reporting Child Abuse certifications or must be obtained within 45 days after hiring.
Proven experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all children.
DRDP experience a plus - Fluency in Mandarin Required and English is advantageous

Additional Information:
Job Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
