Job Description

*Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that align with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
*Create a safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and active participation among toddlers and preschoolers.
*Manage classroom activities efficiently, utilizing effective behavior management and classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior.
*Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children’s progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong home-school connections.
*Ensure compliance with mandated State Licensing rules, health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications.
*Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom projects to enhance educational quality.
*Keep a clean and organized classroom
