About Us:
Learning Days Montessori is a nurturing, child-centered program focused on hands-on learning, independence, and school readiness. We are growing and looking for a dedicated Director to lead our Beaverton location.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Childcare Center Director to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a high-quality learning environment for children and families.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
Ensure compliance with Oregon licensing (CCLD) requirements
Supervise, support, and mentor teaching staff
Maintain staff schedules and classroom ratios
Build strong relationships with families and conduct tours/enrollments
Support curriculum planning (Montessori experience is a plus)
Ensure a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children
Handle documentation, reports, and communication with agencies

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Director or in a leadership role in childcare
Knowledge of Oregon licensing rules and regulations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Montessori experience is a strong plus
Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
