- At least 1 year experience working in daycare settings
Job Description
*Lead and manage a classroom of children ages 0–5 years
*Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with developmental
milestones
*Provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment
*Communicate effectively with parents and staff
*Maintain cleanliness, structure, and organization throughout the day
*Assist in meal times, diapering, and nap routines as needed
*Must be reliable, professional, and warm with strong communication skills
*Able to pass background and fingerprint clearance
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
*Driver’s license and safe driving record a plus
