Toddlers

Kids Konnect's tailored toddler curriculum focuses on preparing your child for preschool success. By adhering to guidelines that indicate school readiness as developed by the California Department of Education, we will introduce your child to letters, numbers, colors, and shapes in their everyday surroundings through interactive, play based teaching. Every child at Kids Konnect is encouraged to think in a manner that will extend learning in school and at home. Like our preschool and pre-kindergarten programs, your child will also focus on learning to be a good friend, participating in games with rules and inclusivity of different abilities.

Preschool

Our teachers provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity, and instills confidence in their innate abilities. By balancing traditional instruction in reading, writing, and math with art, music, and foreign language, the Stratford preschool curriculum teaches 21st century skills of communication, collaboration, and problem solving. The open, caring, family-oriented atmosphere at Stratford School helps preschoolers feel safe – physically and emotionally – and nurtures the whole child, both mind and heart. Infants

In this class we brighten up the world by helping our youngest children discover their senses, explore their surroundings, nurture their development and celebrate their milestones. From one-on-one interactions that help build nurturing relationships in everyday moments to age-appropriate books to support speech and language development, our classrooms provide the ideal setting for the youngest children. We are also encouraging children to work on finger painting, music, and pretend play to spark creativity while also exposing them to structures to help with perceptual motor development. When children leave this classroom they will have a Brighter Beginning to the world around them.

Toddlers

Our classroom provides an ideal environment to foster individual development and self-help skills. We use a scaffolded approach to learning through systematically building on students’ experiences and knowledge as they are acquiring new skills in order to enhance learning and aid in the mastery of tasks. Their curious minds are exposed to an enriched curriculum focusing on language development by using pictures, books and basic academics in their environment. Following simple instructions is implemented through circle time, story time, art, and curriculum projects. Besides the social, emotional development, we also focus on developing fine motor skills through fun and sensory activities. Our Little Explorers are ready to put to practice their newfound independence by exploring their surroundings as they come with a Brighter understanding of their world around them.

This bilingual preschool program supports children from 18 months to transitional kindergarten, fostering growth in language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional skills. Through play, music, art, and exploration, each class builds creativity, confidence, and school readiness.
