Parent Reviews
Our son is three years old. He has been a student at 71st Street KinderCare since he was two months old and we have all loved every moment! I firmly believe that it takes a village to raise a child and I consider all of my son's teacher's part of our 'village.' They truly are partners in raising my son--from giving him lots of hugs and high fives, to helping him have some time on the 'thinking spot.' He loves all of his teachers and so do I! I feel safe dropping him off every day knowing that he will be learning something new about music, or letters, or numbers, or nature, and learning how to interact with other little humans in a respectful, caring way. Any time I've had a challenge or concern, the teachers and staff members are happy to listen and help in any way possible. I always make time when I'm dropping him off to say a quick hello and pass on any information about my son that may help them in the coming day. I love being able to get that same type of information from his teachers when I pick him up! One of the best things about our KinderCare is parent involvement. His teachers always let parents know when there is a party or an event coming up, like the Book Fair or the the zoo trip. They always encourage parents to attend and be involved. It is one of my favorite things to get to step into my son's world and see him with his teachers and his friends! Leaving him for nine hours every day is one of the hardest things I do as a parent, but KinderCare and Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Kayla, and all of his teachers make it as easy as possible!
