Play-based, emergent learning based on WA Early Learning Standards with a balanced mixture of child-led and teacher-led experiences. Teachers provide an environment for students to develop skills, explore interests and learn to recognize and respond to emotions appropriately within a classroom setting. Children are encouraged to collaborate and problem-solve with peers, communicate openly, and ask questions in a space where words, actions, and ideas are honored and represented.
