Parent Reviews
We absolutely loved our experience with Everett at the Spanish immersion daycare with Beatriz. He was truly in excellent hands and gained so many valuable skills while he was there. He was always so happy at drop-off and pick-up, which says everything about the level of care he received. I loved getting pictures throughout the day and hearing the stories of all the new things he learned. The other kids adored him and were always eager to help, especially since he was the youngest besides Beatriz’s daughter. They even made sure he got extra snacks because he loves to eat, and he got to try so many new foods, even picking things straight from the garden. He had access to tons of toys, great outdoor time, and age appropriate balance and play equipment. The care was truly high quality, full of attention, warmth, and patience (especially on the days I forgot to pack something!). We are so sad to have moved away, but I couldn’t recommend Beatriz and her wonderful care program more. They gave Everett such a loving and enriching start, we’re incredibly grateful.
Beatriz is more than qualified with her expertise in child education and child development. She is just great with the kids and is so caring with the little ones. I’m so happy to see her open a daycare center, she deserves it. This daycare will always have fun activities for every child to participate at their level. The daycare’s approach is from a reggio amelia philosophy, but consists of play based learning. Children will be exposed to a handful of stimulating activities to explore interests and ultimately learn from play. The teachers are always welcoming and very kind to everyone. The children who are lucky enough to have Beatriz as a teacher become part of her family. I would highly recommend this school to anyone in the San Pablo/East bay area.
My son had the privilege of having Beatriz as his preschool teacher, and I can truly say she is amazing. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and nurturing, and she helped my son grow so much during his time in her class. He absolutely thrived under her care — learning, building confidence, and always excited to go to school. I’m beyond excited to hear that she’s opening her own daycare! Any family would be lucky to have their child in her care. I know she’ll create a loving, safe, and inspiring environment where children can learn and flourish. From the very beginning, she made us feel like family. She took the time to truly understand my son’s personality, strengths, and needs, and always made sure he felt safe, loved, and encouraged. My son loved being in her class, and I loved the way she teaches using the Reggio Emilia approach. Her classroom was full of creativity, joy, and hands-on experiences — a place where every child was free to explore, express themselves, and be celebrated for who they are.
