Parent Reviews
There should be separate ratings for VPK and Preschool. My understanding is that the Preschool is 4+ star rating, with actual teachers with bachelor's degrees. That's why I enrolled my child in its VPK. Unfortunately that was a mistake. They segregate the VPK children from the Preschool complete with a separate entrance. The teachers tell the children that there is someone in the bathroom already when asked (even when there isn't). I even witnessed a boy peeing outside in the bushes! Kids run around literally screaming - not playful screaming but screaming screaming. Ultimately the teacher had a breakdown and quit. My child was excited to be at "pretend school" but after less than two weeks he started saying he HATES school. I now have him transferred to a different VPK school and now I can't get him to come home because he wants to stay at school forever!
