Part of Anaheim School District's state-funded Early Childhood Education program offering free preschool education to qualifying residents. The program is located at Horace Mann Elementary School. Students follow a curriculum that encourages learning through play and develops a sense of self-worth. Daily learning centers include hands-on activities that teach literacy, music, reading, math, outdoor play, science, art, and life skills. The primary goal is to ensure that children participate in an early education program that prepares them for success in elementary school.
