Provides quality childcare and education for the children of students currently attending Cal State L.A., and also acts as a research and observation facility for students and faculty. Curriculum supports children's needs and different learning abilities, encouraging activities which grow self esteem, teamwork, communication, and self help. Most activities are interest based and help children to learn through topics and themes they find personally interesting, forming a lifelong love of learning. Facility includes an outdoor classroom with sensory path and children's garden, outdoor reading area, and playground.
