Such a wonderful program! Kids are learning through play, discovery, and hands on activities. The approach to learning is very much holistic. For example, learning exercises incorporate social/emotional development as well as motor skill development. The staff is wonderful, and they truly understand early childhood development and know the best ways to teach young minds! They are kind and compassionate. The program works to be inclusive and respectful of the many different cultures and traditions families have, this too is a lesson plan. With 3 children attending various preschools over the years in the Antelope Valley, I can say this is the best program out here.

Antelope Valley Child Development Center is by far holds the most amazing child programs and staff. My daughter had a bad experience with a previous preschool and I decided to put her with AVC and she flourished! She is comfortable and has been learning so much. When she started their program she was shy and hyperactive. Now, she can spell her name, identify objects, and colors. She is compassionate with others and loves seeing the staff at AVC. You can honestly see how much the care for the children. The amount of work and attention they put into the kids really shows . They also prepared my daughter for kindergarten, she’s not scared or worried and is actually really excited to start a new experience. Although she said she will miss her teachers , I love they way they made her so confident.
