The outdoor space contains a large outdoor playground with individual toddler and preschool playgrounds designed with safety turf and dedicated spaces for enrichment programs. It also features a unique in-ground swimming pool, with a shallow wading area and picnic area.

Campers and their families love the exciting, imaginative, and enriching environment of our summer camp program. Campers love summer camp at Apple Montessori. Each day offers educational, exciting, fun-filled activities that will inspire new friendships and joyful memories. Such as: hands-on coding & robotics, music, drama, arts and sports. Most locations offer swim lessons with Red Cross certified instructors. Other locations offer water-play activities with Splash Pads or sprinklers.

Our family has been part of the Apple Montessori School community in Morris Plains since February 2022, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. With both of our children enrolled—our daughter in the preschool program and our son in the toddler class—we’ve had the opportunity to witness firsthand the school’s nurturing environment, dedicated staff, and high standards of early childhood education... Across the board, from the junior assistants to the director, the entire Apple Montessori staff is professional, well-trained, and clearly passionate about what they do. The school is very well run, with strong communication, a clean and engaging environment, and an educational philosophy that respects and supports every child’s individual growth.
We are so grateful for the wonderful staff at Apple Montessori in Morris Plains. All are so warm, welcoming and are so professional. My son loves his teacher Mrs. C. She is very gifted in understanding how the toddlers work and behave. She has a heart that is so warm and welcoming towards all the children, especially the ones in her classroom. We have seen such a positive amount of progress in what our son is learning at Apple!
We absolutely love Apple Montessori School! Our son’s teachers are incredibly attentive, always ensuring each child feels seen, supported, and encouraged. Their organization is exceptional; from daily routines to special events, everything runs smoothly and with care. Our older daughter also attended this school a few years ago and had a wonderful experience—she even learned to read before starting kindergarten! It’s clear the entire staff genuinely cares about the children and takes great pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment. We highly recommend Apple Montessori!
