We enrolled our 3yo son at Beacon 4 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Beacon is a warm, friendly, happy school filled with the kindest, most patient, and caring teachers. Our son is thriving there—he has made great friends, is excited about everything he is learning, and loves his teachers. Teachers are the heart and soul of every school, and at Beacon both the teacher retention and low student to teacher ratios are really impressive. I also find their classrooms to be incredibly cozy and charming. We started at the school during COVID-19, which means we cannot accompany our son to his class everyday. This is standard protocol at all area schools, but difficult nonetheless, especially when starting at a new school. The teachers and administrators understood and were so attentive and empathetic. They went above and beyond to help make the transition as smooth and easy as possible with special Zoom calls, extra time at drop-off and fast, careful responses to questions. We love Beacon. And you will too!

We started our son (3 1/2 years old) at Beacon in March and have been so pleased with the experience! Since he was home the past year due to COVID, I was so concerned about his transition "back to school" still amid COVID but WOW - he LOVES going to Beacon. Late March we had some changes at home which forced a full day (originally he started 8AM-1PM) and the full day transition was so easy. Our son was super happy and excited to stay all day talking about his beloved teachers and new friends. We have been super grateful for the welcoming into the community at the Beacon Center, their diligence and commitment to a COVID "safe" environment - checking in each day at the door and following the proper protocol - and providing a rich, warm environment that our son loves joining, discovering and learning each day. I cannot thank the administrators at Beacon and all the teachers enough for this wonderful experience.
