I think what I love the most about the Big and Littles daycare program is the genuine warmth and positivity I feel every time I walk through the doors. Every single staff member knows my daughter by name and greets us with a smile. Even the other families we cross paths with are incredibly kind. I have never once felt like my daughter was a burden or a challenge. It feels like the staff genuinely enjoys having her. The center is incredibly communicative. Whether it’s the lunch schedule, activity calendar, or anything out of the ordinary, we always feel in the loop. My husband and I absolutely LOVE getting photo updates throughout the day and being able to see what she’s up to while we’re at work. I love that the center always has exciting and creative programming that includes field trips and visitors. My daughter is absolutely thriving at Big and Littles. I know she’s getting a wonderful balance of physical activity, art, and academics. I especially love that the kids get outside almost every single day and that, thanks to the center’s access to the health center, they still have opportunities for physical activity even on rainy days. The spray park is also a huge bonus in the summer! I think every parent knows how emotional it can be to leave your child and head off to work. Knowing my daughter is spending her days surrounded by so much warmth, love, and fun gives me an indescribable sense of relief. We are so grateful to have found Big and Littles, and I truly couldn’t speak more highly of the program.

Our daughter recently joined this amazing school, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional! The staff has been wonderful, and we love the communication throughout the day, keeping us updated on our daughter’s daily activities and how she’s doing. Sarah, who helped us with enrollment, was incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Our daughter absolutely loves going to school and looks forward to spending time with her friends! The activities and field trips they plan for the children are amazing, and it’s clear how much thought, love, and care go into everything they do. The school is always clean, welcoming, and full of warmth. Seeing the children’s artwork displayed throughout the center and hearing the laughter makes it such a special place. As parents, it means so much to know our daughter is in an environment where she is genuinely cared for, supported, and excited to learn. We are so grateful to have found Big & Little Child Dev. Center and couldn’t recommend them enough!

We love Big & Little! Our daughter has thrived socially and academically since she started at about 3.5 yo. The teachers are kind, patient, communicative, and truly make every child feel that they are a special piece of the classroom and community. The events, field trips, access to park district resources (spray park, gym, outdoor spaces) are more than I could have expected and the kids get so much enjoyment from these extracurricular activities. Aside from my child missing her Big and Little teachers and friends, I’m confident she will be very ready for kindergarten and a larger school environment next year.

We have had such a positive experience at Big & Little! Our kids are genuinely excited to go every day, which says so much about how happy and comfortable they feel there. They’ve built such sweet little bonds with their teachers, and we love hearing about the things they did throughout the day. They do so many fun crafts and activities, have special visitors, and always seem to have something new and exciting going on. We’ve been so impressed with the care, communication, and overall experience. We are so happy we found Big & Little and would absolutely recommend it to other families!
