We are play-based while also introducing ABCs, 123s, letters, colors and shapes through everyday activities. Our days include arts & crafts, sensory play, music and movement, outdoor play and planting in our garden. With a small group, I’m able to give each child plenty of individual attention while creating a safe and loving environment.

I’ve known Karina for many years, going back to when she worked at another daycare. She was always so loving, patient and attentive with the children, and you could tell how much they loved being around her. When I heard she opened Bluejay Daycare, I wasn’t surprised at all. Caring for children has always come naturally to her, and she comes from a family with a strong background in childcare, so it’s something she’s been around for many years. I would definitely trust and recommend Karina to families looking for someone who will truly care for their little ones.
Karina was so wonderful she watched my grandchildren and she’s very sweet and responsible. I’m so glad my daughter was able to find her.
Karina watched both my son and daughter when they were babies, and she was amazing with them. I always felt comfortable knowing they were in her care. She’s loving, patient, attentive, and truly treats every child like her own.
