My husband and I are in the military and we just finished moving from Texas to Virginia. We drove into town and stopped at KinderCare to tour the facility for our five year old and two year old. We walked in and were greeted kindly, and given a tour of the facility. We felt so comfortable that we left the children to try out the center while we went to check in at a hotel and get settled. That was almost three years ago and we have been at KinderCare ever since. The children love the school and their teachers. They are like family to us and it is not hard to see how much they care about our children.
My daughter has thrived at the Burke Lake KinderCare. She started there at four months old. Today she is about to turn four years old! It is amazing to me all she has learned at the Center! The Learning Adventure classes have definitely given her an edge at grasping her alphabet, assisting in the kitchen, and remembering the lyrics to songs! She is a well adjusted child who shares, listens and plays well with her friends. As her mom, I would like to take all the credit, but I know that KinderCare has played a strong role in shaping her personality and skills. It truly takes a village and I am so happy Burke Lake KinderCare is part of mine!"
My daughter has been enrolled at Burke Lake KinderCare since February 2010. We've stayed with KinderCare because we have seen that they nurture and love our child, even when she is having a particularly bad day. They ensure her safety and well being which I witnessed firsthand when I showed up at the center five minutes after the earthquake on August 23, 2011. Everyday I arrive to Ms. Anna's well chosen classical music; Ms. Babar's words of encouragement and love to my daughter as well as all the other employees who help me nurture my child. We are leaving Virginia and KinderCare this summer and can only hope to find loving, caring and responsible teachers who will guide our daughter as well.
