Busy Bee Daycare

katie terminated childcare for my children on the spot with zero notice (breaching her own contract nonetheless) 30 minutes before i was supposed to meet her to drop off my son. she did this with zero substantiated reason whatsoever after i communicated that i didnt know i needed a physicians note for my child to come back to daycare with eczema but would contact the physician in 30 minutes when they opened for a note. she cancels very consistently and typically with very little notice. katie’s employees are great but i would stay as far as away from here as possible and i’ll be taking further action to remedy the situation. i know of multiple people who have sought childcare elsewhere due to the constant cancellation but i gave her the benefit of the doubt which was my own fault.
