It is unfortunate that after working with your family and all the inconsistencies throughout the time your child was incare that this is posted. Yes, when you got there their pants were soiled because it occured during outside play time and you had just came right at that time. So there was no time to inform you and that was explained. Not to mention in the Parent Handbook it does state to please bring children with 2 to 3 pairs of clothing EVERYDAY in a backpack in case of any accidents. Which you never did. If she had clothes there she would have been immediately changed, just like any one else who had an accident. And also this only happened one time! Your other comment about thats the black daycare. Im not in the least understanding that or why I would tell any child that. Maybe that is how she defined it for herself, being that I am black or maybe because my house inside and out is painted black. I don't know I can't say. But to post this is absurb and especially after I have worked with you guys, is quite sad. And you have been in my house many times and have seen the layout And you know I DO NOT have a separate laundry ROOM. My laundry room is a space between the tv room and the bathroom and a bedroom. The children were separated and some moved to the tv room, to because that particular day they were playing and talking during nap time. The side she was on, was near the laundry room, because they were spread out in the tv room (which is still a licensed space). And AGAIN this was communicated to you, and your response was I understand, so I am beyond baffled of why you would try to discredit the care your child received, when you knew we had discussions about all of this. And Lastly, if younput do not recommend then why did you choose to keep your child here for over a year and half. You didn't immediately terminate care, you gave a 2 week notice because you said you moved out to the other side of town and the commute was too hard. If you a have a personal issue because you were trying to contact me in request of something and I didn't get your messages or communications because I was gone. Then that is fine, but its beyond sad for you to post this and your child was well taken care of.
