We absolutely love everything about Cadence Academy from the staff to facilities everything is top notch. Our son has absolutely thrived since joining the school. I think one of the hardest things for any parent is leaving your child with other people. I think it is especially hard for parents who need day care. Cadence will quiet any of those concerns. One thing that can't be said enough is the level of continuity they have amongst staff. My prior experience with Childcare facilities has been immense turnover at almost all staff levels, this is not the case at Cadence. Just in the last few months they have celebrated 30 and 21 year anniversaries of employment for two people. The director Ms. Ali and her assistant Celeste have both been with the school for at least 5 years also. Many of the teachers have 10+ years at the school. All of this leads to a much greater feeling of togetherness. The teachers cover each other for breaks, so they get to know all the kids at all levels. It really feels like a giant family, and makes us feel so comfortable with our son attending here. We really can't say enough good things about Cadence. I haven't even covered the facilities, which are always clean, well lit and secure. The extracurriculars the kids get to do throughout the year keep them from getting bored. Things like spirit weeks, water days, farm day, field trips, etc. If you are looking for a top notch child care facility, here it is.
