We live near this daycare and I would NEVER send my kids there. The woman who lives there is constantly sitting in a chair on her phone with no regard to the kids around outside. On many occasions we hear kids crying but no comfort given. When she does engage she is yelling at the kids to stop doing whatever they are doing "wrong" They have a deck with no railings or means to keep the kids from going under the deck so we've seen very small children climbing the deck stairs or having to be pulled from under the deck because nobody is watching them to prevent them from going under. I can only imagine what is going on inside the house.
