CAPS is absolutely sensational. Not only is it fantastic value, but your kids are actually looked out for and taken care of on an individual level. Just about everyone on staff knows every single child and plays an active role in making sure that going to preschool is something to look forward to every day. Kids get age appropriate classroom learning, physical activity in the gymnastics center, and there's the option of after school enrichment programs in S.T.E.A.M. You're not going to find a more well rounded program for pre-K kids. I can't say enough good things about the school and the people who work there, so I'll just say that we are beyond appreciative of the care they showed our child through three years in the program. Thank you for building a place where my kid could feel safe and happy and grow.

We LOVE chantilly academy preschool (CAPS)! All 4 of my daughters have gone here and they have all had wonderful experiences. The director, Laura, is amazing, and all of the teachers and staff are so kind and caring. My daughters love the “gym time” that they get every day, and are always very excited to stay for add-on programs, like lunch bunch and enrichment. Truly a wonderful little preschool. Can’t recommend it enough!

This is truly the best preschool ever. Every single staff member is an incredible teacher — kind-hearted, caring, and genuinely passionate about what they do. My son has attended this preschool for the past three years, and during that time he has absolutely thrived. I feel completely reassured that he is well prepared for kindergarten because of the strong foundation they’ve given him. The activities are always thoughtful and engaging, and I never once worried about my son being in their care — I always knew he was with the very best people. When my son first started, he was apprehensive and timid, but the entire staff made him feel welcome and safe from day one. It’s bittersweet that this is his last year here, but the past three years have been such a meaningful part of his growth and development. We are so grateful for this school and everything they’ve done for our family.

Our experience as a family at Chantilly Academy Preschool has been truly wonderful. In a world that feels increasingly focused on automating and fast-tracking childhood, finding CAPS felt like the universe was taking care of us. We were already familiar with the gymnastics program next door, and we knew our youngest needed more than a traditional daycare environment. Pressure is simply not allowed in her world. 🙂 CAPS has been such a gift to our family. The small class sizes give me complete peace of mind knowing my child is genuinely seen and supported each day. Gymnastics is included with tuition, which she absolutely loves, and they also offer flexible options for lunch, an extended day, or both. What I love most is that there has never been a moment where CAPS felt like a money grab or pressure-driven. When I inquired about my toddler trying the extended day, they took the time to talk with me and thoughtfully evaluate her readiness—understanding that many toddlers still need nap time. Even though my child was already potty trained, their program is intentionally child-led, which is perfect for a child who does things on her own timeline. They understand that pressure often leads to pushback, and that philosophy is clearly reflected in how they care for each child. Their extended program is enrichment. Each day is different, with arts and crafts, cooking, engineering, and creative activities. It’s engaging, developmentally appropriate, and honestly just adorable. Before choosing a preschool, two things mattered most to us: staff turnover and teacher well-being. CAPS exceeded our hopes on both. The director has been there since her own children attended the school, and the teachers have been part of the program for years. They never look exhausted or rushe. Just calm, present, and genuinely happy to be there. We feel incredibly grateful to be part of the CAPS community and would wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a nurturing, thoughtful, and child-centered preschool experience.

We are thrilled with Chantilly Academy Preschool. The teachers are beyond amazing. They are kind, nurturing, thoughtful and passionate. Our daughter adores Miss Laura, Miss Jenn, Miss Grace, Miss Melanie and Miss Amie! She is always playing pretend school at home, and imitates them in the sweetest, most pure way. In addition to their care, they offer SO much in terms of enriching activities. From unique arts and crafts, fun theme days, bringing a petting zoo, a visit with the dentist, and live music- they really go above and beyond. Our daughter has learned so much, and is so well behaved, and I know it’s because of the education Chantilly Academy is providing. Their play toys are well kept, updated, and engaging. Lastly, the gymnastics portions is such an amazing bonus!!!! We could not be happier! And we cannot wait for our youngest to start next year!!!!!!
