Parent Reviews
Thank you so much KinderCare and staff for the AMAZING education you gifted to our daughter during her tenure there! We truly owe you a debt of gratitude!
via KinderCare.comMy older son Graham graduated right here back in 2011, and I spoke at his graduation. Here I am four years later and would like to say a few things to Ms. Bernice and all the teachers. Things that none of us parents have said enough, if at all. Things that we see day in and day out but often take for granted. I want to thank each and every one of you: For putting on sunscreen, bug spray, and diaper cream. For changing bandaids, wet pants, and diapers, For wiping bottoms and boogers. For getting out splinters and caring for bruises. For serving nutritious and even vegetarian meals and encouraging healthy eating habits. And even for getting out the occasional acorn stuck in my son's nose at naptime. Our children are healthier because of you. For keeping our children safe. For having a code to get in and cameras throughout. For the fire drills and tornado drills. For locking the cabinets. For keeping track of where they are in the school. For cleaning thoroughly and insisting that our children wash their hands. And for vigilantly knowing if a child has allergies to the point that our children know each other's allergies and will even shout out "she's allergic to milk, don't give her any." Our children are safer and more secure because of you. For the diversity of students and the respect you teach for others. For children from India, China, Korea, Malaysia, Africa and America. For your emphasis on collaboration, not competition. And for working together, not against. Our children are tolerant and respect others because of you. For improving yourselves and our school. For taking classes, training, practicing, and challenging yourselves to be better teachers. For striving to earn awards and certifications. And for earning accreditation by the National Accreditation Commission for early Care and Education Programs. Our children are smarter and better prepared for their lifetime of learning because of you. For improving our children. For helping them learn how to roll over ina crib. How to walk. How to talk. How to feed themselves. How to play nicely with others. How to share. How to read, write, and even to know the difference between a stegosaurus and triceratops. For your pactience with our children AND with us parents. For keeping calm in the midst of chaos. For being enthusiastic when you read the same book the 100th time and answer 100 questions from the same little boy all within an hour. For the good mornings, have a good nights, the drop off hugs, and the see you tomorrows, and all the times you've said "have a good one." We and our children are more calm and less stressed because of you. Because of you and this school, we are better parents with better children. We're prepared to move ahead, though sad to leave you behind. You've given us and especially our children a strong fpoundation upon which to build their lifetime of growth, learning, and relationships. Hopefully our next adventures will include teachers and administrators as focuses, caring and uplifting as you. We made the right decision to entrust Graham and all our children to your care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Job well done.
My son Daniel went to the Chapel Hill KinderCare for the past few years. I used several preschools prior and never found the correct fit until I found Chapel Hill KinderCare. I found the same smiling staff that went out of their way to know my child and myself. I feel like we're part of the KinderCare family. The low turnover and wonderful teachers made this a wonderful learning experience. Not to mention the school is always clean. This was the best learning experience, hands down!
