Having a small group of children in my home-based program is great because I want them all to develop independence, and this setting makes that possible. I use my knowledge and prior experiences to tailor programming to individual children's needs, and I focus on giving children personalized hands-on attention. I am big on independence and working hard, I love to help and watch young minds develop.
