Parent Reviews
A staff member dropped my infant while feeding him, resulting in injury to his head. The incident report makes it sound like my baby’s fault, saying he caused her to lose her grip. Prior to this, other red flags led me to enroll him elsewhere, which we were waiting to start. He came home sunburned at 6 months old. He was often napped only once a day, coming home miserable in the afternoons. Care was just generally inconsistent and unreliable. Staffing is questionable. There were often too many babies in the room at dropoff.
