My experience at Chiquitines Nanny's Home Care was exceptional. During my time as a summer employee, I facilitated one-hour gymnastics classes for toddlers ages 3 to 4. The curriculum focused on developing key motor skills, including hand-eye coordination, balance, reaction time, focus, and footwork. The children were enthusiastic, engaged, and eager to learn. In addition to working with the older children, I assisted with the infants by implementing fine motor skill activities and supporting their daily routines, including mealtime, play, and naptime. Nanny's In-Home Daycare provides outstanding care. Marylyne and Mrs. Ivon are remarkably dedicated, compassionate, and attentive to every child's individual needs. They foster a warm, clean, and safe environment where children learn through play and structured activities. The home is highly organized, with established routines that make transitions seamless for the children. Furthermore, any issues that arise are evaluated and addressed with prompt, professional judgment. I am consistently impressed by everything they do and teach every single day. Together, they create a deeply supportive and nurturing environment for the children to spend their days, as well as a wonderful workplace for staff to learn and grow professionally. While both teachers are hands-on in every aspect of care, Mrs. Ivon especially shines in planning creative art projects for the kids. When they aren't working on crafts, she is quick to lead engaging outdoor games or fun activities during transition times. The teamwork between both teachers is incredible—throughout the day, they manage the children together while simultaneously refreshing the space so it is spotless for post-activity and post-nap play. Naptime itself is handled with extraordinary care; whether soothing a tearful child or providing quiet books and plush toys on mats for those who aren't quite sleepy, they remain attentive to every emotional need. I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional this home care is.
