Our family has been using DASH ( Destiny After School Haven) for about 7 plus years and now our youngest is attending. The entire staff is exceptional and couldn't ask for a better team. During covid, they went above and beyond their expectations to make everything seem normal for the kids. When most after-school programs closed DASH stayed open for the sake of the parent(s) that still had to work. Our family is forever grateful for that. Thanks, Candace

Destiny After-School Haven is a phenomenal program for children & parents! It's diverse, and meets the needs of both the students and the parents in the community. My daughter has been going to Dash since she started school and it has helped her tremendously. She's gained so much more confidence in herself, & has gained friendships that have lasted years. This program strives to positively impact the youth in the community by providing a safe space for the children and academically assisting them . It's evident that they care. Quick story: I will never forget my daughter came home one day from Dash & shared this experience with me. Some time had lasped after my mother passed away & my daughter who typically doesn't like to share or express things that are super emotional for her said " Mom, I really like Mr. Pear he's cool. " I asked her what prompted her to say that. She said " Today I felt comfortable enough to tell Mr. Pear I was missing Mita ( her grandmother) he told me it was going to be alright & I needed that. " She really appreciated his words & the peace his words gave her in that moment. He, like many of the other staff there showed her that he cared! Forever grateful, and would highly recommend!

As a parent working in the health care industry during the height of the pandemic 2019-2020 I found myself as many parents in a serious bind. All schools were closed and health facilities were struggling with staff. DASH (Destiny After School Haven) opened their doors to my child and assisted with virtual learning while keeping my child safe. The love and care given to my family was exceptional. I could work helping others, because my child was well taken care of and kept safe!

DASH is the best child care I could have chosen. I feel like the staff is family! My son attended from ages 8-13. My daughter is currently enrolled at age 9 and has been since she was 6. Both were enrolled for both after school care and summer camp. They love the staff and have made lifetime friends there. It is a very loving, nurturing, educational, fun and safe environment. Communication is outstanding.
