Doreen has been amazing! Both of my daughters started going to her when they were just three months old, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Doreen watched both of our kids in her in-home daycare from the time they were infants until they started preschool, and we could not have asked for a better person to trust with them. Her home was always warm, clean, and comfortable, the kind of place where you never worried about dropping your child off. She had a real gift for keeping the kids engaged: rotating activities, age-appropriate learning time, and enough variety that our kids never seemed bored. She also went out of her way to make holidays special, with themed crafts, little celebrations, and small touches that made our kids light up when they talked about them at home. What stood out most was her communication. If anything happened during the day, big or small, we heard about it right away, and she was always transparent with us about how our kids were doing, developmentally and otherwise. That kind of honesty is hard to find. But more than anything, Doreen became part of our family. She was not just a childcare provider, she genuinely cared about our kids as people, and that care never went away. Our children are 14 and 11 now, years past preschool, and we still talk to Doreen regularly. That says everything about the kind of bond she builds with the families she cares for. Doreen's Daycare was amazing! Doreen is great with the kids. She maintains an immaculate home, makes sure the kids are eating healthy meals, and keeps all the kids entertained with crafts, activities, trips to the park, and forms real bonds with each and every child. Her home is a safe and secure environment and comes with our highest recommendations. My 10.5 year old still gets excited to see her, and he hasn't attended in nearly 7 years.

I have known Doreen for 13 years, and throughout the time she has consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of care, compassion, and dedication to every child entrusted to her. What stood out most was the trust we had in Doreen. We stayed with Doreen for five years after moving further out to Dupage County because we loved the care we were getting. Both our kids talk about their daycare memories regularly and miss Doreen, her family, and their daycare friends!
