I want you to know I am impressed with the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received all year, from your staff, not your presence but representing your company. I am writing you in praise of the daycare Administrator and Staff. Mrs. Landy is the epitome of professionalism, kindness, and practicality. She runs a tight ship, with staff just as dedicated to teaching and helping these children, making it an experience not just a day at daycare. The energy is upbeat and positive! With little touches that make it so special, such as music on Friday mornings. I brought my grandson here from another daycare, and he was welcomed in and he LOVES to go. He didn’t love to go to other school. Please consider special KUDOS to Mrs. Landy, Ms. Tesia and Ms. Hannah in Pre-K A class.
