I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing childcare provider . Ebony’s passion for nutrition and healthy eating truly sets her apart. She is always introducing my son to a variety of foods, encouraging him to explore new flavors and develop healthy habits and relationship with food while teaching him about the colours and counting these items Beyond nutrition, she is creative and engages my son with all kinds of hands-on activities. When he was younger, she would intentionally work on developing his fine motor skills through projects that are both educational and enjoyable. What stands out most is her patience. She has a calm, nurturing presence and takes the time to understand each child's unique personality and needs. Finding humor in the little things he does, Im so grateful watching their relationship blossom - he LOVES his “Aunty Ebby” and I have complete confidence in her care. Over time, she has become so much more than a childcare provider. Ebony has genuinely become part of our family. Her dedication, kindness, and love for the children shine through in everything she does. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I’ve been so fortunate to have Ebony care for my girls (ages 3.5 and 7) on a few occasions and the experience has been outstanding every single time. My daughters talk about her constantly and even role-play the things she’s taught them. That says everything about the kind of presence she brings into a home. She’s warm, attentive, and clearly genuinely loves working with kids. I’d recommend her to any family looking for someone engaged. We can’t wait to go back.

We connected with Ebony in 2019, when our baby was only a few months old. From the moment we met her, we felt at ease. She was friendly and kind and had very good energy. Ebony cared for our son in our home full time until the devastating pandemic forced us all into isolation. Although life was never the same, we still look back on that time (2019-2020) as some of the most loving moments we've ever shared with a care provider. Ebony became a part of our family and we remain close to this day. As a childcare provider, Ebony was a consummate professional, but also loving and warm with the children (then ages birth-1 yr and 5-6 yrs), down to earth, relatable and consistently kind and thoughtful. It gave me so much peace to leave our newborn in her care. Later, when the world opened back up, we were so happy to again have Ebony care for our children when needed (ages 4 and 7 onward). The kids love her dearly. She always has a fun project for them to work on and keeps them both happy despite their age differences. I highly recommend Ebby Cares because Ebony truly does care and it shows in her every interaction with children and families.

Ebony was vital for our family! She was our nanny that brought warmth, professionalism, attentiveness and reliability to our home. The kids always felt safe, loved, and excited to spend time with her. She helped improve their development, structure, and creativity. A job relocation unfortunately led us to depart ways.
