The Edgewood Academy is the perfect setting for anyone who wants a friendly and loving environment for their kids. My son attended for two years and thrived. He blossomed into an empathetic boy who loves to play with other kids and is gentle with babies. Prior to joining the Academy, he was not as social and had difficulty expressing emotions. The children are exposed to a nature setting where they get to see fruit trees and flowers grow from spring to fall and have fun playing outside all year around-- a perfect sensory experience! The staff are not only loving and caring, but also excellent listeners. They work closely with parents to help support any needs such as potty training, pacifier whining and managing transitions. If I could turn back time, I would absolutely send my son to the Edgewood Academy again--it brought the best out of him!

When we started at Edgewood Academy, our son was only a few months old. He just “graduated” from Edgewood and started kindergarten yesterday! We really did not want to leave but it’s the natural progression of things. During those wonderful forming years there, our son made friends, played, learned so much and most of all, he was cared for and loved. As hard as it was to leave him to someone’s else’s hands, we were grateful to know that he was safe, in a beautiful space tucked away from high traffic and visibility, and in the experienced hands of his caregivers. We enjoyed five years of wonderful celebrations with the staff at Edgewood Academy, Thanksgiving meals for the kids, arts and music Mondays, educational seminars for the parents, summer gatherings, trips to the aquarium for the older kids, and so much more! We love every single person there, and Mrs. Bee has been so helpful and supportive to all the families, especially during the pandemic. There is no other place I would want my child to be other than Edgewood Academy!
