We consider ourselves so lucky to have Elaine! As first time parents, we had a fair bit of anxiety about starting our son at daycare. Elaine assured us she would take care of him like one of her own, and that has 100% been the case. Sometimes I feel like she's taking care of the whole family! Elaine is always so thoughtful of the kids, making the extra effort to plan fun holiday activities for them, buy their favorite fruit, and throw birthday celebrations. Her space is safe, colorful, and inviting - my own mother is always complimenting it, which is high praise. And her professional experience is clear in how she directs the kids to a variety of activites that are developmentally appropriate. Our son has been with Elaine for over two years now and still loves it. We highly recommend her daycare!

Elaine is amazing! I found her here on Winnie, and my kids love her. We started with Elaine when my child (C) was six months old, and she is now two. Elaine is very accommodating with our schedule and gives us advanced notice when she will be closed, even on standing federal holidays. C loves going to Elaine and has expanded her vocabulary, her taste buds, and her communication skills. I know C is well-prepared for preschool/TK because she knows her alphabet, numbers, and addition. When C was less than 12 months old, Elaine would fill out a daily sheet to show us when our baby ate, slept, had diaper changes, and so on. We have appreciated her so much; we now have our baby J with her, too.

My son started here at 7 months old and Elaine has been wonderful at taking care of him. She is flexible with her schedule for drop off and pickup. She’s been accommodating in our requests regarding his napping and feeding schedules. She sends pictures and videos throughout the day, and provides a daily log of his feeding, napping, and diaper schedule at pickup. She is supportive in helping him practice new motor skills for his development, and takes him on daily walks. She speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and some English. We asked if she could speak to him in Mandarin, and she was happy to oblige, so he is benefitting from language immersion as well. Additionally, she makes porridge daily and offers it to him, which is helpful in supplementing the solid foods we provide. Lastly, our son is always smiling and laughing when he sees her, so we know he is in good hands. Overall, Elaine provides a caring environment and is compassionate to the babies in her care. We would recommend her to other parents!
