Parent Reviews
“My child struggled with his transition from being at home to going to childcare. Leaving his baby sister each morning while he went to his new school was extremely stressful and anxiety provoking for him as well as for my husband and I. Mrs. Tonya and her staff was extremely supportive of him as well as my husband and I as we all tried to make this transition easier for him. In addition, she was always willing to email me so I knew how he was doing. We truly appreciate all the love and support that has been shown by Mrs. Tonya and her staff at this center. I can remember when I toured the facility and I was mentioning to Mrs. Tonya my concerns with his transition she made me feel so at ease and I knew I had chosen the right place for my son. When I walk into the building no matter what time of day it is I see them providing individualized attention and focus on their students which shows me that this is not just a act they put on for me for enrollment they do it day in and day out. Although I see 4 stars on the wall this is definitely a 5 star center to my husband, son and I. It really is a great feeling when you see your child run to their teacher with open arms and a big smile excited to be there. I would not trade this second family for the world! L. Nwaorgu
As a busy mom of now 4 I wanted a place that would nurture, socialize, educate, and create a safe environment for my children. After dropping my children off at KinderCare Learning Center in the morning I would go to work with that peace of mind each and every day! My oldest child who is 6 year old has been attending KinderCare since she was 6 weeks old when she entered kindergarten she was the top reader in her class and was one of the strongest with counting, addition, and subtraction thanks to the foundation she had and my family continues to have at KinderCare Learning Center Farm Pond location. My second child as well as my third child is currently in preschool classroom with Ms. Regina and I am confident they are getting that same foundation! Thank you for all of your caring and support you have provided my family for the last 6 years. L. James Proud KinderCare Mom
"I would like to share the details of my experience at KinderCare Farm Pond location. I enrolled my three-year-old son at this center. My experience with the director Tonya Little-Reid has been exceptional. Ms. Little-Reid has been extremely kind and helpful throughout my entire enrollment process and to date. I have been reluctant to send my son to daycare due to the stigma behind daycare centers, but Ms. Little-Reid has banished this altogether. She is always warm and welcoming, despite the time of day or situation. One morning in particular, I was running behind for work and my son was not having a good morning. Mrs. Tonya calmed him down with her kind words, and I was able to leave. For a Director to be consistently kind and helpful is almost never heard of, and I felt it was only necessary that I commended her on her performance. In general all of the teachers are professional and courteous at all times and have made this transition for my son and I an enjoyable one. Warmest Regards, Jeneya B"
