Parent Reviews
Our eight month old daughter is enrolled at the Fenton KinderCare Center. My husband and I are so pleased and so appreciative of everything the Director, Assistant Director and teachers do for our baby girl on a daily basis. She is genuinely cared for and treated as if she is their own. The communication, care and extra time that the staff provides makes each family feel that their child is special. It is because of this center, we have seen such a positive transformation in our baby and we couldn't be more grateful!
KinderCare in Fenton has been wonderful for us. Our son has Sensory Processing Disorder, which causes him to be a "handful" at times. We started KinderCare in March of 2013 and it has truly been a blessing. The consistency at KinderCare is awesome. There is no turnover there like at the previous daycare we were at. Our son is now in the three-year-old room with Ms. Sheryl, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is truly dedicated to being there for the children no matter what. She and Julie, the Director, have really worked with us and with our son, trying different techniques in dealing with him. They even allowed us to have a specialist come and observe him, and provide them with different ideas on what would work for him. Ms. Sheryl has been so instrumental in working with us that I feel he would not be doing as well as is he is without all the hard work and dedication she has put in. Thank you!
Our family has been coming to Fenton KinderCare for over five years. Both of our boys, ages five and three and a half, have called KinderCare their school since they were three months old. We have been very satisfied with our boys' education and care over the years. We have been very happy with the long-tenured core group of teachers that truly care about the children in their charge. They have always been professional and loving. As each of my boys have progressed through their classes, I can always count on an experienced teacher to not only provide quality care for my child, but give me honest feedback on how he is doing with development, behavior, etc. The extracurricular activities and classes for the boys have been great as well. Our oldest is in Phonics with Ms. Colleen and has really made huge strides in this area. Other class offerings, such as cooking classes, are a favorite of my boys. I also am very appreciative of the focus on the Spanish language and they regularly learn and recite Spanish words. We also have been impressed with the Director, Julie. She has provided advice on multiple occasions when asked regarding behavior or other concerns with our boys. She provides guidance on how situations are being handled at school so we can mirror at home if necessary. It feels like a lifetime ago that we made the decision to bring our boys to KinderCare. We honestly ended up choosing KinderCare due to Julie’s kind and caring demeanor and the long tenure of the staff. While making the decision to send your child to a daycare is a difficult and personal decision, we have never regretted it for one second. Even now as our oldest prepares to attend kindergarten, I am confident that he has gained the fundamental skills and education needed for him to be successful. I know that our youngest will be just as prepared as well.
