Fitness and nutritional education after-school program providing services to Kindergarten through school-age children. Mission is to tackle childhood obesity in a fun and enriching environment for all fitness and activity levels. Children are encouraged to discover individual strengths, social cues, and confidence. Each child has the capacity to learn healthy habits for a healthy future in all areas of developmental and socialization processes in a setting that is emotionally secure and safe.
