We have had our child at Foundations for just over a year now and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The teachers and management team have always been fantastic. While searching for a daycare for our child, it was so important that we had great communication between us and the teachers/staff. Foundations has exceeded our expectations with the level of communication that we receive each and every day. Their app allows us to easily communicate with the staff while also getting frequent updates about what the children are doing that day. The entire staff truly cares for the children, it's not just a job for them. I would recommend Foundations to any parent.

Our daughter has been attending this program since she was an infant. Being a new mom, I was terrified of returning to work and trusting someone to care for my entire world. I found all of the infant teachers were very patient with me, posted lots of updates in the app and really got to know my daughter and her likes/dislikes. Ms. Terry and Ms. Shel'see made our time in infants so smooth. My daughter has since been promoted to the Toddler classroom and we love how much Ms. Emily cares for our girl. We always have a fun picture or update on her day and Ms. Emily is always so accommodating as our girl goes through the struggles of teething. As a parent, I love being able to communicate with her teachers directly through the app, see live updates and attending all of the family events that this center puts on. As someone working in education, I know just how difficult the job is and it is obvious that all of the teachers have a passion for what they do and strive to provide the best care possible each day.

My youngest daughter recently transitioned into the infant class, and it has been a significant adjustment for both her and me. Throughout this process, Princess Jones and Haven Lyko have consistently gone above and beyond offering thoughtful recommendations, communicating promptly about any concerns, and providing the reassurance I needed as a parent. Their support has truly made this transition smoother and more comforting for our family.

As a first-time mom, I was a nervous wreck dropping my child off at daycare for the first time. But the incredible ladies in the two infant classrooms Miss Terry, Miss Bre, P, Miss Bre R., Miss. Shel'see, and Miss. Quanna quickly put our minds at ease. The app the school uses was a huge comfort. It provided regular updates throughout the day from bottles and diaper changes to sweet pictures showing how our child was doing. Anytime we had questions, we could message the teachers directly or call the school and always received a quick, reassuring response. We're truly grateful for the love, care, and attention our child received each day. The teachers made sure their schedule was followed, their needs were met, and that they were engaged in age-appropriate activities that helped them grow and thrive.
