Words cannot adequately describe how grateful we are to have found Girotondo. Our daughter attended “Giro” for three years and we truly could not have imagined a more loving, nurturing, playful and supportive environment for her early life. Girotondo is much more than a safe place to leave your child while you work – it’s a loving family that quickly became our daughter’s second home. The Giro approach is focused on love, care, respect, gratitude and fun, and fosters independence and confidence in its children. The group is made up of children of mixed ages, which allowed our daughter to learn from, and look up to, the older kids while nurturing the younger ones. The teachers are outstanding role models that treat the Giro “bambini” like their own children and little brothers and sisters. We absolutely loved the broad span of regular activities (such as art, music and dance) and educational opportunities as well as Giro’s focus on maximizing time outdoors - with an impeccable private backyard and great park around the block. We should also mention that our daughter is now the first member of our family to speak fluent Italian! Thank you Girotondo for all that you’ve done for us. We’ll be forever grateful and we’re excited to continue as part of the wonderful Giro community for many years to come!

It was so hard to send our daughter to daycare after having her home for almost 2 years, but the second we toured Giro we knew it was the right fit. The community and care we found here far exceeded our expectations and we’re so lucky to have her thrive in such a nurturing environment. The Maestre took such incredible care of of our daughter, showing her so much love and she picked up Italian seamlessly. We are so happy we found Girotondo!

We looked at every daycare in our area and could not be any happier with our choice to enroll our son in Girotondo. It is a warm, nurturing, and loving environment that feels like a home away from home for our son. He adores his teachers and gets so excited when he sees them each morning. His teachers quickly learned his personality and show us each day how much they care about him. Our son has learned so much while at Giro and enjoys all of the incredibly fun activities the teachers plan for the kids each day. The communication with Veronica, Elizabeth, and the teachers has been outstanding and with that they have created a strong knit community of parents. One of the hardest things as parents if finding childcare and I am forever grateful that we found Giro. When our son is there, I do not worry for a second because I know he is being well cared for learning tons, having so much fun with his friends, and most importantly is being loved.

My daughter attended Girotondo in 21/22. I was looking for an Italian daycare that would give my daughter the opportunity to speak and learn Italian, my first language, and, as an only child, to interact with other children in a safe space. Girotondo exceeded my expectations! My daughter is perfectly bilengual for a child of her. She moves from one language to the other seamlessly and even translates from her families! Her teachers are caring and talented, the kids learn by playing and also spend part of their days outdoors. Without a doubt, this was the best decision we made for her early education and social skills.

Girotondo is not "just" a daycare, it's a fun and loving family! The teachers are great: affectionate to the kids, very playful and always propose very cool activities with the kids. The space is gorgeous, with lots of natural light, a beautiful backyard and is very close to a park where they go daily. My oldest did there 2 years, my youngest is in her second year and I have really no complaints. The thought of my kid being at Girotondo makes me happy as I am sure she is very well taken care of!
