Lovely experience. Nancy treated our son like her own. Our son enjoyed playing in the daycare; the toys and the daycare itself are age appropriate. He has really bad eczema and a diet issue and Nancy and team were very accommodating to that. He learned some Mandarin from going there as well. She was very responsive to us and very understanding. They went to the park and and museum often. And her hours helped with our work schedule. Our son has been there for almost 3 years! We are very thankful to her and her team.

Nancy’s daycare was the first place we visited and we picked this place right away. I was first skeptical as a first time mom sending my only child to a daycare but it turned out to be amazing. My son is a very active kid who can be very stubborn as well. Since going to Nancy’s daycare, I can see the difference in my son’s behavior and his overall mood. Everyday he is happy to go to Nancy’s and that’s so amazing to see as a first time mom. He was saying ‘happy’ and ‘yummy’ the other day and it’s so sweet to hear him say those words.

We love Nancy and her team! After touring many child care facilities in the Richmond District, Golden Baby Childcare was by far the best. The facilities are so clean and cute and inviting and Nancy made us feel comfortable right away. Nancy and her team provide a variety of snacks through the day as well as a well-rounded lunch. They take trips to the parks when weather permits and we love all the photos we get that show us how much fun he is having. She is always very responsive and accommodating! You can tell all the kids love it there.

We are so lucky to have found Nancy! My daughter loves going to Golden Baby Child Care, she made so much friends, and enjoys the food. Nancy took great care of her, very patient, and sweet. My daughter also learned Mandarin and potty trained here. Nancy is very flexible to work with our schedule and I love receiving photos update of my daughter’s day. My daughter is now in Pre-K and constantly still talks about her time with Nancy. I’m excited for my second one to go to Golden Baby Child Care. It gives me a peace of mind and trust to have Nancy and her staff care and love my babies.

My son has been in the care of Nancy since he was one year and six months old. She has taken very good care of him. It is really great and I feel very comforted. They are very careful in their daily work and take care of every child. I am very grateful to her. Sometimes they will take the children to the park to play together. The children are very happy. Now my child has become accustomed to going to school with them. He will not cry every time he goes to school. He is always very happy.

I appreciate how you come prepared with age-appropriate games, crafts, and books that keep my daughters entertained and stimulated. It is evident that you put a lot of thought and effort into planning these activities. Your reliability and professionalism are also worth mentioning. You always arrive on time, and I have never had to worry about any last-minute cancellations. Knowing that I can count on you gives me great peace of mind. Our two children (5 and 2) both started with Nancy when they were a few months old and stayed, for full days during the work week, until they transitioned to preschool. They both loved spending time with Nancy and strengthened their communication and social skills thanks to interactions with her, the staff and the other kids. Nancy prepared healthy, homemade food (soups, fruit, noodles) for lunches and snacks, nourishing their bodies as well as their minds. The facility is clean and welcoming - our kids often asked us when it was time for drop off, they were so excited to go there. One additional plus for us is that Nancy and her staff speak Mandarin, which helped strengthen the immersion environment we have at home. Highly recommend Nancy to anyone who's fortunate enough to get a spot in her home-based daycare!

Miss Nancy is how we refer to Golden Baby Child Care. When we first went in to visit the daycare, I was drawn to the calmness of the Daycare, and it was also clean and had a lot of space for children to explore. Miss Nancy is one of a kind, she is caring, understanding, kind, and has a lot of love for every child in her care. Our older son started with her at 19 months old, and stayed till he turned 3, and now our younger son who is 13 months old is with her. Miss Nancy is very generous, and our boys love her, she is family, and she has our full trust in caring for our boys. Thank you Miss Nancy for your time and love for my boys.

When people say that it takes a village to raise a child, they aren’t wrong!! I am a mother of 3 and at one point I was able to say that I had 3 kids under 3 and coming across a day care ran by people that you not only trust 1 but all 3 of your kids to, that is something that one can’t really just review. Over the 8 years that Nancy had taken care of my children, she has become a part of my everyday life and family. As a person, I can see how much she loves all the children that goes there. She cooks fresh meals for them to the point where my daughter tells me that Nancy cooks better than I do :) the place is clean and they are located across a great park that makes picking up your kids a great spot to have them run some of their never ending energy before dinner. I can’t thank Nancy and Kai enough for all they have done for my children and I am grateful that they have made it so easy for me to trust them with all my kids. Saying goodbye to them was really hard for me because they had become a part of my kids routines.
